Chicken Pepper Rasam 😍 | Simple & comforting

🌿😍Chicken pepper Rasam😍🌿 🌿Ingredients: For Rasam Powder Black Pepper – 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp Curry Leaves – 5–6 🌿For Tomato Purée: Ripe Tomatoes – 3 Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp 🌿For Rasam: Oil – 4 tbsp Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp Crushed Garlic – 7–8 cloves Dry Red Chilli – 1 Green Chillies – 2 Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs Chicken – 250–300 g Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Tamarind Pulp – ½ cup Water – 3 cups Fresh Coriander Leaves – for garnish 🌿Preparation: ▪️Prepare the Rasam Powder: Dry roast black pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and curry leaves in a pan until aromatic. Allow to cool, then grind into a fine powder. ▪️Prepare the Tomato Puree: Blend ripe tomatoes with turmeric powder into a smooth paste. Set aside. ▪️Heat oil in a kadai Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic, dry red chilli, and sauté until fragrant. ▪️Add chicken, turmeric powder, salt, and the prepared rasam powder. Saute for 2–3 minutes. ▪️Add tomato purée and tamarind pulp, mix well, and cook for 2 minutes. ▪️Pour in 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
