Manic Panic Hair Dye / Dying

Process of bleaching and dying Melanies hair. 1. Put bleach on darkest part of hair. (roots) then continue through out head. 2. Let sit for however long until desired color is reached. 3. Wash out, shampoo and condition. 4. Dry hair 5. Section hair, for the parts you do and don't want to dye. The parts you dont tie off so they wont get in the way. 6. The sections of hair you don't want colored/dyed, Lather in condition so when you wash it out, the color won't stain your hair. 7. Apply the color you chose. 8. Tie up so you don't let it leak on your clothes. 9. Let sit for an hour. 10. Wash out with Shampoo to get it all out, but if you want your hair to be colored to the max don't shampoo just condition. 11. Dry hair and you're done.
