Ok so this one is super simple... It's Vodka and Orange. So many stories about how this simple 2 ingredient cocktail got it's name - but one possibility is that American Oil workers in the middle East used their screwdrivers to mix vodka into orange juice (drinking was banned where they were working) and 'screwdriver' became code for this surreptitious cocktail.
