On this specific day, I needed to make sandwiches and didn’t have time to stop by the store, but I had this dough sitting in my fridge so I decided to experiment and split it into three and shape it into a baguettes and see what happens.  I definitely was surprised and happy that these came out and they were actually so delicious. Crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Growing up, I have seen my mom and my grandma make bread from scratch, home-cooked meals every night. We did not have access to fast food and the love they had for cooking past on to me. I still remember helping my mom make bread and watching the whole process and then getting to enjoy freshly baked bread with butter or jam. I’ve been making sourdough bread for the past six years . Over the years I had many fails and many successes. Sourdough bread making has taught me to slow down and enjoy the process and then get rewarded with delicious healthy bread.
