Terraria - ALL CLASSES vs DAYTIME Empress of Light (Master Mode, Pre-Golem)

Additional Notes: Its in the title but I forgot to mention in the video, all fights are done in master mode. For Melee, Ranged, and Magic, I used Celestial Shell without realizing it is a post Golem accessory. Not a huge deal, but I went ahead and redid the fights. The attempt counts of the rebeats are seperated from my initial kills in the video. Hopefully now everything should be pre-Golem. If it isn't, oh well :P Ranger deals the most consistent dps (2.5k - 3k dps) with my setups. Mage deals more dps but EoL needs to be on-screen for you to hit her with the blizzard staff, making the fight harder, even if not by much. Melee does anywhere from 500 to 1.5k dps, and excluding the Scourge of the Corruptor which I didn't test, the Seedler does the most consistent damage. The Flairon can do more but the homing bubbles dont work well against the speedy EoL. Also, didn't realize how sloppy my successful kill was until I counted the dodges for the edit. I was very lucky I beat it that attempt. I opted to not use the Mana Flower, to prove it isn't necessary for a mage build. This lets you add another mobility or damage dealing accessory. Instead, you can manually chug mana potions or, as I did in my run, use a Mana Regeneration Potion (which regens mana even when you are moving). Even though you can focus on exclusively dodging with Summoner, you still need to stay in range for the bats and the fight drags on for nearly 6 minutes, making this easily the hardest class to get the Terraprisma with. Summoner, even with all of the new additions in 1.4, has BY FAR the worst dps for this fight (~500 dps). The raven staff might be effective for phase 1, as it can deal 2-3x the damage of the Sanguine staff, but isn't effective into phase 2 because of its limited aggro and the need for the player to move a lot. If I HAD to redo that fight (which I wont because it was hell), I would probably start with ravens and switch to bats when phase 2 starts. If you allow yourself to use post-golem weapons, the xeno staff is superior.
