Recipe- 1. Blend to a smooth batter- 1 cup boiled peas, 1 cup roasted chana, 1/2 cup oats, 1 green chili, 1 tsp jeera, salt to taste, 1 cup curd and 1/2 cup water. Adjust water if required. 2. Pour thin layer of batter onto a greased sandwich maker, sprinkle chaat masala/peri peri masala/ daal podi, add paneer slice (approx 100gm)and then little more masala and more batter layer. Cook on low flame from both sides. 3.Cut it into slices/bite size and serve hot. 4. Healthy treat is ready.
