How to fight Dark Link the REAL way

All you gotta do is keep mashing the B button and changing the direction of your swing until he recoils slower than you, that is when you can hit him, then just turn around, lock on and quickly guard until you can repeat. I almost never see anyone fight this guy with just the Master Sword, it's always with a hammer or a Biggoron Sword/ Giants Knife.
