Gold medal requirement: Shoot the O’Driscoll’s in the boat before they disembark Complete using only sidearms Complete with at least 70% accuracy Get 15 headshots Complete the mission without taking any health items Don't really have any tips for this as it is one of the easier gold medal missions so long as you make good use of dead eye. If you don't, sometimes the game won't award headshots and you might find your accuracy ends up being less than you expected.
