I am having it since 5years now which is rich in fibers and protein. This is also high in calories and carbs since I usually aim to gain and maintain my weight! So if you’re looking for something to gain, you can drink this! Ingredients : 60g oats 5 almonds 5 Cashews 1Tbsp Pumpkin seeds 1Tbsp Sunflower seeds 1Tbsp Chaiseeds 2 Black dates 1 Glass milk 1Tbsp peanut butter How to make: 1. Add dry ingredients first- oats, dry fruits, seeds, dates 2. Blend everything until it’s finely ground 3. Add room temperature milk and peanut butter. You can also add honey, banana but it makes the smoothie too sweet which i don’t like. I personally feel banana has overpowering taste so I never add it to any of my smoothies! 4. Once everything is blended well check the consistency. If you feel it’s too thick then add some water and blend it again. Trust me if you skip your breakfast because you live alone and don’t have time to prepare, just make this on the go.
