Wrist flexor stretch, bent elbow. To perform this exercise, grasp the fingers of the effected side with the opposite hand, keeping the elbow bent, gently pull back the fingers of the effected side until there is a slight stretch of the forearm musculature. Hold for 10 seconds and breathe. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten. Slowly return to start position. Perform three repetitions twice a day, five days a week.
