After completing the Uncle Po and Roland’s extortion mission tutorial (Collections for Roland), return to Winston’s restaurant in North Point. You’ll either receive a call from Winston or need to rest in your apartment to pass the time. Next, drive Peggy to her destination. Once the cutscene ends, quickly reach the van before the timer expires. Action-hijack the van before it escapes, fight your way out, and then return to Peggy’s car. Finally, drop her off at the mahjong club to finish your duty as her temporary chauffeur.
