Winter Night Routine

I uploaded my morning routine a few weeks ago but I have been SO excited to share my night routine with you all. I've been pretty consistent with this for the past 6 months and not to be dramatic but it's changed my life. Having a night routine with just a few things that I do each night has helped my sleep, helped me to feel grounded, and helped me stay consistent with taking time for myself to care for myself. Each night, I always journal, read a chapter of my book, and meditate. Every night looks different but these three things are a simple way that I've been able to stay consistent with my night routine. I look forward to these things every night and have noticed a huge improvement in my mental health since implementing this routine. Do you have a night routine?
