By applying binary values to the IC input, the 7-segment LEDs light up and display the decimal number corresponding to the binary number. The IC 7447 belongs to the 74 series of logic components. This IC has 14 pins. Pins A, B, C and D are the input pins of the IC and binary values are applied to them. This IC accepts a binary coded decimal as input and converts it into a pattern to drive a seven-segment for displaying digits 0 to 9. It has four dip switch inputs. Whichever turns on, sends a value of 1 to the input of the IC. It actually simulates a 4-bit binary number. The IC output connected to 7segment activates the LEDs that display the desired decimal number. For binary number 5, pins A and C must be one. At the output, only two pins B and C are one and the rest are zero For binary number 8, input pin D is one and all output pins are zero Some videos you might like: 📍Speed counter: • Speed counter circuit on breadboard, Speed... 📍Water level indicator: • Water level indicator circuit, simple circu... 📍Stepper motor driver: • Stepper motor driver with 555 ,4017 and UL... 📍IR counter circuit: https: // • IR Counter circuit using CD4033 and 7-segm... 📍Dancing LED with music: • Dancing LEDs with music, Audio level indic... 📍IR proximity sensor circuit: • IR Object detection circuit on breadboard,... 📍Fan driver with IR transmitter and receiver: • Fan driver with IR Transmitter and Receive... 💫💫💫💫💫Thanks for watching 👀
