Did you know that in Spider-Man 2, there’s a reference to Doctor Strange’s existence? During a brainstorming session for Doc Ock’s name, J. Jonah Jameson’s employee suggests the name "Doctor Strange," and Jameson replies, "That's pretty good, but it's taken." Jameson’s reply confirms Doctor Strange’s existence, but it’s never revealed whether he was just a surgeon or had become the Sorcerer Supreme.
