Quinoa stir-fry is a quick, flavourful and delicious meal. A perfect combination of Asian inspired flavours with crunchy fresh vegetables. Serves: 3 Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Spice Level: Mild 🌶 Preparation Time : 10 Minutes. Ingredients:- 3/4 cup of Quinoa 11/4 cup of Water Vegetables :- 1/4 cup of Broccoli Florets 1 Peppers 1 Carrot 1/6 th Cabbage Spring onion 1 Red chilli 3 Garlic cloves Sauces:- 1.5 tbs Soy sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp chilli sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp vinegar salt --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- HOW TO COOK QUINOA ? Place the quinoa in a fine-mesh strainer. Rinse thoroughly under cool, running water. And drain. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat . Add the drained quinoa and cook, stirring constantly, to let the water evaporate and toast the quinoa, about 2 minutes. Add water and bring to boil. You can use vegetable/ chicken stock instead of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes over medium to low heat. Turn off the heat and keep covered for 5 more minutes. Open the lid and fluff the quinoa gently with a fork .
