Happy Independence Day Let's celebrate this Independence Day with a delicious recipe, Tiranga Sandwich. #independenceday #tirangasandwish #sandwich #thefoodjournal #newrecipe #tricolour #quickrecipe #easyrecipe INGREDIENTS: FOR the FIRST LAYER OF SANDWICH Coriander - 50gram Mint - 10gram Green Chilli - 2 Garlic - 10-12 clove Cumin Powder - 1 tablespoon Salt - 1/5 teaspoon Paneer - 25gram Bread- 2 slice METHOD: Mix coriander, mint, green chili, garlic, cumin powder, and salt. Blend it all together in a blender and make a fine paste. Now your chutney is ready. To make it tangier you can squeeze half of a lemon into the Chutney. Now grate the paneer and add chutney according to your taste. Mix it well and spread it all over the first slice of bread and cover it with the second slice of bread. FOR the SECOND LAYER OF SANDWICH Paneer - 25gram Salt - 1 pinch Chili Flakes - 1/2 Oregano - 1/2 Chat Masala - 1 pinch Black Pepper - 1 pinch Cumin Powder - 1 pinch Bread - 1 slice Method: Mix all the spices with the paneer and mix it well and spread it evenly in the second slice of bread. Now cover it with the third layer of bread. FOR THE THIRD LAYER OF SANDWICH Capsicum - 1/2 cup Cucumber - 1/2 cup Carrot - 1/2 cup Tomato - 1/2 cup Veg Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon Salt- 2 pinch Chat Masala - 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon METHOD: Mix all the vegetables and spices with the mayonnaise and spread it in the third slice of bread. Cut it evenly with the knife and serve it with any kind of beverage.
