For drinks, you can go from a clean filtered coffee to an iced white. I went for a matcha latte, which was light and refreshing. Since we arrived around noon, the menu was full of tempting options whether you’re craving something sweet like pancakes or something savoury like burgers. I tried the Pork & Potato Benedict, which had a creative Korean-inspired twist. The poached eggs were perfectly runny, just how I like them, and the bacon had that melt-in-your-mouth pork belly vibe.
