This is for all those young cooks or aspiring young cooks that have messaged me or watch my content. I have been in restaurants and hotels for 15 years before pivoting to private. I’m not an amazing chef or anything like that. In fact, I consider myself fairly mediocre. I was a sous chef for 3 years, CDC for 1, and Executive chef at 2 hotels for 7.
