Is culinary school worth it? Part 1 of 2

This is for all those young cooks or aspiring young cooks that have messaged me or watch my content. I have been in restaurants and hotels for 15 years before pivoting to private. I’m not an amazing chef or anything like that. In fact, I consider myself fairly mediocre. I was a sous chef for 3 years, CDC for 1, and Executive chef at 2 hotels for 7. Here are my thoughts on culinary school, the culinary field and the restaurant industry. I hope it helps you guys and provides some insight! Do you plan on going to culinary school?
