✨ GF/ DF VEGGIE FRITTERS 🤤 with secret sauce 😍 Via @waytohealthkitchen ✨ INGREDIENTS✨ 🌱 1 zucchini, grated 🌱 1 sweet potato, peeled & grated 🌱 1 carrot, peeled and grated 🌱 2 cups broccoli stem & florets, finely chopped 🌱 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped 🌱 1 green onion, chopped 🌱 handful cilantro, chopped 🌱 1-2 tbsp Yondu vegetable umami sauce 🌱 3/4 cup chickpea flour| ✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨ 🌱 After grating zucchini sprinkle some salt, let it sit for 10 min then strain well 🌱 Mix all the grated & chopped veggies then add Yondu vegetable umami sauce and let it sit for a few minutes so it soaks up all the flavors 🌱 Add flour, mix, form patties and pan- fry each aide for a couple of minutes.
