Why do I NEED 35mm AND 50mm lenses for my photography?

I talk about the difference in the two sensor formats on my favorite two cameras to shoot with and how I plan to solve the field of view problem between them. I have been shooting a lot lately with a Leica CL and a Leica SL2 and each one poses challenges to overcome the problems of lens focal length compared to the other one. So I am going to switch to 35mm focal length on the CL to get it closer to the SL2 with a 50mm on it. That is where I am at currently with my night and general photography kit. How about you?
