Biriyani rice ingredients : Ghee 3 tbsp Sunflower oil 1/2 cup Ghee rice 1/2 kilo Water ratio 1 glass of rice is to 1.5 glass of water Salt to taste Cinnamon 1 Cloves 1 Cardamom 2 Bay leaves 1 leaf Lemon 1 Onion for frying-1 Cooking method: Wash the rice nicely .soak it for 20 mints After 20 mints drain the whole water 1. Make hot water and keep aside 2. Take other vessels for preparing rice 3. Pour 1/2 cup of oil 4. Take one onion ( thin slice) 5. Fry this onion untle golden colour 6. Once done , take tat fried onion keep aside 7. In that same oil fry gee rice. Slow flame 🔥 8. Once rice 🍛 fried pour hot water slowly 9. As per the ratio 10. Put salt and half lemon 🍋 juice 11. Add garam masala s 12. Stair in nicely and cook Biriyani masala ingredients Onion 5 Tomato 4 Chillies(green) 10 Ginger small portion Garlic 1 whole Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped Mint leaves 2 tbsp chopped Prawns 1/2 kilo Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp Garam masala 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Lemon 2 Salt to taste In a cooker put onion, garam masala, 1/2 tbsp.turmeric powder 1/2tbsp, half lemon juice, salt 1tbsp,and 1/4 cup of water Cook for 4 whistle and keep aside ( crush ginger (smal)garlic 1 ,green chili 10) Keep another pan , pour 1/4 cup sunflower oil , add crushed masala (ginger, garlic,chilli) Add slice tomatoes 🍅 4 1/2 teaspoon, Coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, lemon 🍋 juice Stair it nicely Add salt as per ur choice Take 1/2 potion of prowns add into it, add the onion tat cooked early mix all and allow for anothe 15 mints . Remain 1/2 prawns 🦐 Add some chilli powder 1 tbsp , salt , turmeric powder,lemon juice Mix it nicely and fry
