One of my favourite flavour pairings is chocolatey coffee and zesty orange. In this episode of Brew It Yourself, we’re making a Mocha with an Orange Twist 🍊☕ Ingredients: Orange peel - 2 orange Castor sugar - ½ cup Orange syrup - 2 tbsp Ground coffee - 1½ tbsp Hot water - 3 tbsp Hot Milk - ½ cup Dark chocolate - 2 tbsp Milk froth Method: Add the peel from 2 oranges and castor sugar to a small jar. Seal and refrigerate overnight to draw out an orange syrup. In a glass, combine ground coffee with hot water to make a concentrated brew. In another glass, combine dark chocolate and milk and froth until the chocolate dissolves and the mixture is lightly aerated. Set aside. In a serving glass, add orange syrup, pour in the espresso, then the chocolate milk. Top with milk froth.
