Have you ever had vegan desserts? Yes, I do. But, I have never baked one myself. Here goes my first time doing it. INGREDIENTS: 3.5 cups all purpose flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/5 cup sugar 1 cup non dairy milk 1 cup vegetable oil 1 cup chocolate chip cookies ( use as many and as little as you want ) 1 cup shredded coconut ( use as many and as little as you want ) The end result? It is pretty good and rich :) not missing out much by making these vegan.
