Activate and strengthen your hamstrings with this challenging exercise. Set up your equipment by locking your heels into a Nordic hamstring curl device or using an alternative setup. Push your knees down, tuck your hips, and engage your glutes. Lean forward, feeling the tension in your hamstrings, and return to the starting position with control. As you progress, go a bit further each time, building strength and control. You can also try performing the exercise from the floor, using your hands for assistance. Focus on the hamstring curl and lower down with control.
