🏋️‍♀️ Moving HIGHER! Gimme what you got! So, I’m moving into deadlifts. Never really done them like… ever. I have major form to work on. ⭐️ Last night was just a test. 💭 I KNOW my shoes are not right (I should have taken them off even for this test) & I’m lessening to just lift the bar till I get my form down. But for those doing it with the bar, weigh in! ✅ Which type deadlift do you like? ✅ Do you alternate your wrists? ✅ Belt? ✅ Reps? James is going over all this with me but he comes at it differently than what I see women doing so I’m asking your thoughts. He’s all for that. 🧡 Please be realistic for a WOMAN & BEGINNER. 😘🫶🏼😘 Let’s get more people, especially women, moving into lifting! We’re all learning here! Especially ME! ☺️☺️☺️ GO! 💖
