We had a fantastic lunch at Babo Gardens in Lviv – a charming restaurant with a lush garden and a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The restaurant is located in an old villa with antique furniture, a green inner courtyard, and several small salons to sit in. The food is inspired by Ukrainian and Armenian culinary traditions. We started with two delicious cocktails and shared two starters: eggplant filled with a flavorful minced meat mixture and a matured cheese from the Carpathians. Mykola chose half a duck, perfectly cooked, and I had the beef cheek – so tender it fell apart at the slightest touch. For dessert, we had a classic Kyiv cake and a Spartak cake with chocolate, along with two cappuccinos. And all of this for just 59 euros total! #lviv #babogarden #ukraine #food #travel .
