Snow removal fail

Our HOA pays some company $65,000 for four or five months of the year to remove our snow. One of these responsibilities includes plowing our driveways. If you look at the street, you'll see that it is plowed, however, that's actually done by the city. The snow removal company on the other hand, has no evidence of doing anything since the snow began to fall. We even saw them getting everything going last night when we came home from a Christmas party, however, there's no sign of any work having been done.
