Preparation Time: 15 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes No. Of Serve: 4 Persons #Ingredients: Keema with Fat 30% - 750 Gram Big Green Chilli - 4 Onions - 1 (chopped) Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon Salt - 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon Raw Papaya Paste - 1 Teaspoon Coriander Leaves - 1 Small Bowl Mint Leaves - 1 Small Bowl #Method: Before you start, keep all the ingredients ready. Grind big green chilli 4, onion 1 (chopped) and make a fine paste. Now, add half keema into the grinder. Add, coriander leaves 1 teaspoon, red chilli powder 1 teaspoon, garam masala 1 teaspoon, salt 1 teaspoon, roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon, raw papaya paste 1 teaspoon, ginger-garlic paste 1 tablespoon. Grind the half keema batter with all the ingredients. Grind another half keema batter along with coriander leaves 1 small bowl, mint leaves 1 small bowl. Mix both the keema batter together. Keep aside for 3 hours for marination. Roll kabab on skewers. Now take tawa, pour some oil and place the kabab skewers. Cook kabab both sides on low flame. Seekh Kabab is ready to serve!
