Claire needs to take Sherry to the Lab so that the virus can be treated. First need to find the Cable Car there would be a cut scene after that they will reach the lab. Lab would be empty. Claire gets the wrist band that can be used to get access to the various doors. Claire needs to find the vaccine so that Sherry can be treated.
