Can I build on a 20x15 lot in the sims 4? (speed build)

Hello peeps, in today's video . I thought I would try a building challenge. with the idea in mind that the house in question is for a single parent with one infant or toddler. I wanted to test my building skills in smaller lot since i find it difficult to build small houses so I hope you enjoyyyy :) disclaimer : I don't own the tiny living stuff pack so I only used the packs that I own , I also did not use any cc so this build is now available on the gallery under Anstasims4
