Tom reviews the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series GR Sport including a 4000km/2500mi road trip plus off-roading at our test track. The GR Sport is the ultimate 300 Series model – almost. That is actually the $1000 more expensive Sahara ZX. But the GR Sport has so far been the most expensive Land Cruiser model since the 300 Series launched with its 227kW / 700Nm (304 hp) 3.3-litre twin turbo diesel V6 engine. Unlike other Land Cruiser trim grades in Australia, the GR Sport exclusively has triple locking differentials (front, centre and rear) and it also wears unique styling and all terrain tyres. So, is the GR Sport the best Land Cruiser to buy?
