Make a smooth puree of tomatoes. Cut paneer Cubes and keep aside. In a pan, heat oil. Add khara garam masala, onion, ginger-garlic and green chillies. Add all spices mentioned. Add tomato and cook till oil separates. Add spinach puree. Add paneer and cream. Add ghee and garlic clove tadka to it.
