सीबीआई निदेशक आलोक वर्मा के भविष्य का फैसला करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की अध्यक्षता वाली चयन समिति की बैठक चल रही है. पीएम मोदी के आवास पर चल रही इस बैठक में साथ ही कांग्रेस नेता मलिकार्जुन खड़गे और जस्टिस एके सीकरी शामिल हैं. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को आलोक वर्मा को उनके पद पर बहाल कर दिया था. उन्हें सरकार ने करीब दो महीने पहले जबरन छुट्टी पर भेज दिया था.
