Consequently, Peter takes matters into his own hands, tracking down The Lizard to the Upper West Side. Swing to the designated objective marker to initiate the mission within the sewers. Once in the sewers, take a left and use your abilities to extinguish the fire below by pulling the water pipe. Crawl through the hole and zip down into an abandoned subway line, triggering an explosion. To progress through the tunnel, zip to the wall on the right side of the train. There is only one route through the sewer until you reach the Oscorp lab. Drop down, use your Scan to identify interactive objects such as specimens, samples, whiteboards, research papers, and the workstation in the back. The facility powers down, and Lizard strikes Peter, initiating a boss battle. Dodging crush attacks is crucial, indicated by the blue alert around Lizard's head. Mastering the timing for parrying is essential for a successful fight. When Lizard's head flashes red, press L1 to parry and unleash a series of attacks. Integrate your skills into combos and utilize a charged Symbiote Surge. After depleting its health in the first phase, Lizard fully recharges for a second round. In this phase, the boss occasionally climbs walls and throws rocks. Shoot it with webbing and press Triangle when close. Pull on vents when it's standing over them to stun the boss. After defeating it twice, Lizard exits the arena, leading to a chase through the museum and onto the streets. Approaching Lizard triggers a Triangle button prompt, shifting the fight into an office building. The pursuit resumes outside, looking for another Triangle prompt. Hunters join the pursuit in a cutscene, and after Peter attempts to inject Lizard with the antidote, a rope is clung to, leading to a building climb. Evade falling debris to reach the top. Kraven intervenes, shooting Lizard with explosive arrows, causing it to fall. Peter chases, leading to an underground boss fight. Fortunately, it's a single phase, and employing the same strategies as the first encounter results in Lizard's defeat. The mission concludes with a cutscene.
