Your other Present Tonight is a 1986 British Advert for Fresh Cream Cakes First off, I want to apologize for the quality of this Video. It was recorded some time ago. Before I learned I could edit stuff together; but anywho, on to the Review. Down on a farm somewhere in the UK; A Chocolate Cake is being made from Scratch. The Cocoa has been ground and melted. Some scenes of adding Flour, Sugar, Eggs, Milk, and a Pinch of Salt are not to be found. But this Cake looks moist in the Oven. Some Heavy Cream has been whipped by hand, and mas been lathered on. A helping of Chocolate Shavings has been organized on top. The message of this Advert is that Fresh Cream Cakes are “Too Nice for Words.” One of the best ways to Advertise Food is with Food Porn. Shots of Delicious, Scrumptious, and Elegant Edibles is a great way to get someone’s attention. And what better than Cake? Cake is fucking Awesome! So Rich, and fluffy and Melts in your Mouth. Oooh! But in all seriousness, this is a wonderful ad. If I was a kid and would have seen this in the Theater when it aired, I would be in love. Mainly, because it would help me forget about the PIF they showed because they got the same rating. Yes, this is Rated U. The BBFC equivalent of a G rating. But Anyways My Birthday is over, and December starts in a couple of Hours. I think you know what that means…
