Soy Sauce 1tbsp Tofu Puff 6nos. Mushroom 8nos. Instructions: 1.Put the spare ribs into the boiling water that has been added with spring onion and ginger and cook for a while to remove the blood. Drain, drain and set aside. 2.Cut the tofu puffs in half, and take the mushroom stalks. 3.Put water, bak kut teh soup spices, garlic, soy sauce and spare ribs in a pot, cover, bring to a boil over medium heat, and continue to cook for about 60 minutes.
