Stir in flour and cinnamon, mix to form a soft dough. Knead lightly. Roll out thinly 5mm (1/4 inch) on a lightly floured surface and use use various shaped cookie cutters. Place greaseproof paper on a baking sheet and pop in a preheated oven 180oC, 160oC fan, Gas Mark 4 for 15-20mins. Cool on a wire tray. ENJOY!
