The 5 cell towers that currently surround the residential island known as Upper Sugarloaf Key - all with blinking lights, day and night. Another tower, a 199 ft. monopole communications tower, has been proposed to be placed within the heart of the residential community of Upper Sugarloaf Key, with 2 additional cell towers planned on the same property.
