No sugar, no gelatin, no dairy — just magic. ✨ Perfect for meal prep, kids, or when you want dessert without the guilt. --- ✨ MACROS (Approx. per serving) Calories: 184 kcal (Only 2 ingredients, values may vary based on fruit size!) --- 🧡 You’ll Need (Makes 2 puddings): • 350 g very ripe persimmons (peeled) • 20 g unsweetened cocoa • Cocoa + chopped nuts to decorate --- 🔥 How to Make It: 1. Peel your ripe persimmons and add the pulp to a blender. 2. Add cocoa powder and blend until completely smooth. 3. Pour into 4 moulds (about 140 g each). 4.
