Though Moses was chosen, anointed, and used mightily, at Meribah he overstepped God’s command—striking the rock twice instead of speaking to it as instructed. The message emphasized that obedience matters at every stage of the journey, especially near the end. 📖 This passage teaches us a sobering yet hopeful truth: beginnings may face delays, struggles, or stalls—but how we finish matters deeply to God.
