For example: knit the first row of the cast-on with locks set to N/N, SS - 2, then knit the next two rows with the locks set to CX/CX, SS - 3, and knit the last row with the locks set to N/N, SS - 3. *There is a mistake in the rows on the row counter. I am sorry, don't look at it! When the lock is on the right side of the machine, the row counter must always how an even number of rows.
