The building of the abandoned Cinema "Uciecha" in Czeladź is certainly a fascinating object that now looks like something out of a horror movie. Once, this building was the pride of the city, functioning not only as a fire station, but also as a theater hall and a cinema. Cinema "Uciecha", previously known as "Czary", was popular in the 20th century and offered a variety of theatrical performances and organized occasional parties, especially weddings. The theater hall on the first floor of the building could accommodate up to 500 people. Unfortunately, the building has been abandoned and has not functioned as a cinema since 2002. In the past, he experienced financial difficulties that made it impossible to support him. After the closure of the cinema, there was still a restaurant on the ground floor of the building for some time, but this too has disappeared. However, the darkest event in the history of this building was the murder of 14-year-old Damian. The boy was drunk by his peers and then murdered in the back of an abandoned cinema. Many people believe his ghost still haunts this building, and from what we've recorded, we're inclined to believe it.
