You must have thought that life have given you a bad hand, that your situation is so bad that there is nothing you could do about it. When you look around you, you thought everyone had it good except you. You felt singled out for the worst possible experiences. You need to pick up yourself, encourage yourself and start doing those things that you felt are hard and are impossible to do. Your bad situation not withstanding, God have a plan for you and that plan will turn your situation around.
