I Built a Bachelor Pad in The Sims 4

I'm really enjoying building modern houses in The Sims. I also have a soft spot for lofted and industrial spaces. So why not combine all three? This house was created for a bachelor. No strings attached, literally. This sim doesn't even have guest bedrooms in his 3-bedroom house - he's converted them to an office and an in-home gym!
