Being in the Outlook app go to the tell me assistant and type: signature then click on signatures. A new window is opened. Here in the first section click on new. Type the name of the signature then click ok. In the next section to the right, you need to choose the account you are going to use and decide if the signature is going to be applied for reply to or forward messages also. Finally, a text editor is in the section below where you can create your own signature. For example you can choose a font type, size or if you want to use bold and italic. Also you can add your own logo among other things. After you create your signature click on ok and that’s it. Next time you send a new email it will include your new professional looking signature.
