Primatologist Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson) befriends a gorilla named George. But because of an experiment, George, who was friendly and docile at first, turned into a ferocious monster. Unfortunately, the experimental serum spread to other animals, including crocodiles and wolves. Davis and his partner, Dr. Kate Caldwell (Naomie Harris) must find a way to find an antidote to Claire Wyden's (Malin Akerman) experiments while preventing Harvey Russell (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) from harming George.
