For defeating the Ice Titan, you will obtain the Diamond Dust keyblade. However, this is only in Final Mix versions of the game. Do NOT cast Aero spells in this fight. It will just cause his ice projectiles to fly all over the place, rather than back in his face (where you need them to go). If you are having too much trouble in this fight, try equipping accessories that buffer against Ice elemental damage. It'll help reduce damage from all of his attacks. Keep in mind that I am fighting the Ice Titan semi-blind. It has been at least 10 years since I've fought him last.
