Shaking Up the PERFECT Espresso Martini

Ingredients: Lots of ice 200 ml Vodka 20 ml Vermouth 50 ml Kahlua 2 shots of espresso 30 ml sugar syrup Coffee beans (for garnish) Method: In a cafetière, combine vodka, vermouth, Kahlua, espresso, and sugar syrup (leave out the ice and coffee beans for now). Pour the mixture over a glass full of ice. Add the remaining ice and coffee beans. Use the plunger and push up and down until the ice starts to melt slightly and the drink is well-chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans on top and serve immediately.
