Aaron Carter- Has silenced people and take credit for it- why silence people and who helped?!??

Aaron Carter- says he has silenced people- takes credit for it and says he can teach you how to do it.. what does he mean?! Who has helped him and why?!?! Why does he need to “silence” people?! What are your thoughts?!
