Crysis 2 Graphics Problem [HELP]!!!!!!

Please help me. I have noticed those little colorful flickering particles in the gun scope and when i use the cloak. How can i get rid of them?? I tried lowest settings and nothing. Game runs on Extreme settings and 1024x768(something). i5-2450m 6gb ram GT610m 2gb Windows 7 64bit
